We stand behind every device. If something is not right, we make it right.
14-Day Return Window
All purchases from ETW Shop are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the device must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original accessories and packaging we shipped with it.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, devices must be returned in the condition they were delivered. We understand normal handling during the return window, but we do inspect every return upon receipt.

Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different device, simply return the original and place a new order. Inventory on refurbished devices is limited and moves quickly, so we recommend ordering your replacement promptly.
Defective Devices
If your device arrives with a defect or a functional issue that was not disclosed in the listing, contact us immediately. Defective devices are covered under our Limited Warranty and may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, even beyond the 14-day return window.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes apply to purchases made after the revision date. We do our best to make every transaction smooth. If anything feels off about your order, reach out to us directly and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
