The brief
Replacing the co-op's old WordPress site with one place for everything residents need — forms, building rules, payments and amenities — that also shows off the grounds.
What we built
- Nine online resident forms — alterations, garage waiting list, pet registration and more — delivered straight to management
- Resident guides for ClickPay payments, moves and deliveries, insurance, house rules and sublets
- Amenity pages for the pool, playground, garages, storage and laundry
- A 48-photo gallery organized into buildings, interiors, amenities and grounds
- A directory of all six buildings and a resident FAQ
