The Short Answer

If you only read one screen.

Who are we?

Elan's Tech World is a web design and digital marketing studio based in Rego Park, Queens, serving all five boroughs of New York City and clients nationwide. Elan Cohen designs and builds the work himself.

What makes us different?

Every website is hand-coded from a blank page — no WordPress themes, no Wix, no Squarespace, no page builders — and every client receives the complete source code at handover.

What does it cost?

Business websites start at $2,000 and e-commerce stores at $3,500. There is no monthly platform fee to keep your site online, and no contract is required to work with us.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support and Elan's personal cell number. Ongoing SEO and Google Ads management is available month to month, and your ad account always stays in your name.

The Case

Six reasons, each with proof.

Anyone can claim quality. These are the ones we can show you.

01

No templates. Ever.

Every site starts as an empty file. That means no theme bloat, no plugin security holes, and no chance a competitor two neighborhoods over is running the same layout as you.

Proof: the site you're reading was hand-coded — open the source and look.

02

You own it outright.

At handover you receive the complete source code. Host it anywhere, hire anyone to change it, keep it forever. No platform holding your business hostage for $49 a month.

Proof: full source-code handover is written into every project, not sold as an upgrade.

03

Built to be found.

SEO isn't a phase we bolt on at the end. Schema markup, clean semantics, Core Web Vitals, GA4 and Search Console are wired in from the first commit — then Google Ads puts you in front of buyers today while SEO compounds.

Proof: our own campaign runs phrase-match keywords, 50+ negatives and call tracking — the same playbook we run for you.

04

You get Elan. Not a queue.

The person who scopes your project writes the code, answers the phone, and picks up on a Sunday. No account managers, no ticket numbers, no junior handoff after the contract is signed.

Proof: (929) 417-6819 — that's a cell phone, not a switchboard.

05

Local, and it matters.

We're in Rego Park. We know what a Queens storefront needs to rank, what New York customers search at 9pm, and how long a DOB sign permit really takes. We can also meet you in person — try that with a builder subscription.

Proof: Google Business Profile, local schema and neighborhood targeting ship with every local build.

06

One team for all of it.

Website, Google Ads, business cards, storefront sign, POS, tenant portal. One brand standard carried from the search results page to the front door — and one number to call when any of it needs changing.

Proof: six crafts, detailed in full on our services page.

The Receipts

Claims are cheap.
Numbers aren't.

The Person Doing The Work

Hi — I'm Elan.

I started Elan's Tech World because too many New York business owners were being sold the same template twice a year and charged rent on it forever. I build the opposite: a site cut for one business, handed over completely, and backed by a phone number that reaches me directly.

I do the discovery call, the design, the code, and the ads. That's why the standard doesn't drop between the pitch and the launch — there's nobody to hand it off to.

In Writing

Four things we commit to.

You own everything

Complete source code at handover. No lock-in, no ransom, no exceptions.

A fixed price, agreed first

The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice. Scope changes get quoted before any work starts.

Nothing ships half-built

Tested across 20+ device sizes, speed-optimized and security-hardened before it goes live.

30 days, then a real answer

A month of post-launch support included — and after that you still reach the person who built it.

Fair Questions

The skeptical ones.

The objections we hear most, answered without spin.

Because you're renting a template thousands of other businesses already use, and the rent never stops. Hand-coded means faster loads, better rankings, and a design nobody else has — plus the code is yours, so you stop paying to simply stay online.

Up front, usually yes. Over two years, usually not — a $400 site you have to rebuild, plus the leads it never captured, costs more than doing it once properly. And you can meet us in Queens.

No. Elan designs and builds it. Print and signage go to vetted NYC production partners we manage directly, but nobody else touches your code or your ad account.

Sometimes not — and we'll say so. We audit speed, SEO and conversion first. If a targeted fix gets you most of the way, that's the cheaper recommendation and the one we'll make.

Never. Builds are one time. Marketing management is month to month — we earn the next month every month, and your Google Ads account stays in your name with full access.

Discovery calls are usually free within 48 hours, proposals land within another 48, and most projects begin the same week they're approved. Business sites launch in 2–4 weeks.
